We collect only what we need to run the shop and deliver your orders. Here is everything we may hold, depending on how you use the site:
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for purposes beyond fulfilling your orders and communicating with you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We keep your data only as long as needed. Account data is held until you delete your account. Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years in anonymised form as required by the Estonian Accounting Act. This is a legal obligation we cannot shorten. Session tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity. Marketing consent records are kept for 5 years after you withdraw consent, to demonstrate compliance.
When you delete your account, your name, email, phone number, and delivery addresses are removed. Order records are anonymised: amounts and dates remain for accounting purposes, but nothing that identifies you personally.
Under GDPR you have seven rights. We will respond to any request within 30 days, free of charge.
Request a full copy of the personal data we hold about you, including how we use it and who we share it with.

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service.
